Brian is a struggling independent filmmaker, which means he toils for the Man during the day to keep food on the table and a roof overhead. He also writes - screenplays, mostly - and will be doing more of this in the near future.
A woman prepares food in a restaurant kitchen. She puts two plates up on the pass shelf and slaps the bell for pick-up. She then leisurely walks around the shelf and picks up the food for the waiting customers.
